TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a lifesaving tool for auxiliary and lifesaving equipment comprising a line and storage and handling device.
For the help and life-saving spirit Alanvand often wears wreaths, at which a rope of suitable length is arranged. When using such a tool, the wreath is thrown in the direction of an emergency shed in water, after which the emergency shed with the help of the line can be hauled ashore or on board a brook.
In general, it can be mentioned that the life-saving tool according to the present invention is primarily intended to be used to rescue emergency workers who have ended up in the water. However, the lifesaving tool can also be used in other contexts, such as e.g. for alpine climbing, sports p5 ice and slippery surfaces and for firefighting.
State of the art A tool for auxiliary and lifesaving equipment including a line and a storage and handling device fixed in one spirit thereof is already edge through SE 354 454 and has been on the market for more than 35 years and has functioned satisfactorily. According to SE 354 454, the rescuing person pulls the emergency stall with the help of a throwing line attached to the liquid spirit of the container, e.g. at a man-over-board maneuver. The withdrawal will be difficult for the rescuing person, as the emergency resident must be able to be transferred from a lower level to a higher level.
Another known variant is shown in US 4,713,033 by a tool comprising a throwing line provided with a rowing bag, this rowing bag according to the embodiment having two band parts, which have one end attached to the fit and at their free spirit one part of a buckle. The lifting function is also a problem for the rescuing person and the need to water the emergency stall to prevent the strap parts from getting stuck to the outside of the patient.
The problems of the lifting function have been illustrated in SE 524 150 C2. According to this patent, the lifeline of the life-saving tool can be equipped with one or more gripping steps, which facilitate the lifting moments for the rescuing person. SE 524 150 C2 fares & that the lifting work can be carried out manually with the help of a winch or a hoist arranged on board the boat. The retraction becomes cla less heavy for the rescuing person, 2 since the emergency shed must be able to be transferred from a lower level to a higher level, but still the required strength for the lifting work.
Especially when casting Iran's small boats, a choice of innovative technology is required to avoid the line getting stuck in any of the many stays, shots, round holes and the like, which are available on board a boat, while the line runs out. It should thus be the norm that a number of throws are necessary to carry out before the container or pass reaches the intended grind. DA maneuvers on board boats usually have to be done quickly, a failed throw can have fatal consequences.
Furthermore, a renewed throw is more likely to be performed on the first, as the line has usually become wet after a throw. When lifesaving in winter, unsuccessful throws mediate additional ills, as a wet line can easily freeze during the continued handling of the line.
It is obvious that a life-saving tool is needed, which shapes the rescuing person to lift the emergency room from a lower level to a higher level in a simple and flexible way. The risk is not to be strong enough in an emergency situation, especially when the rescuing person is an included individual.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to provide a lifesaving tool which, in a simple and smooth manner, enables the transfer of the emergency Iran to a lower level to a higher level in an emergency situation.
Brief description of the drawings The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 shows a general view of an embodiment of a life-saving tool in inactive mode.
Figure 2 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of a life-saving tool in inactive position. Figures 3-4 illustrate different stages of lifesaving of a person in distress in the water, the lifesaving taking place by means of the lifesaving tool according to the present invention in active action.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION AND PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The life-saving tool comprises a container 3, which comprises a line 1, a floating body 7 and a weight 2, wherein the container 3 can be enclosed by a member 9 when inactive, and a handle 8 coated outside the container 3. Inside the container a device 13 is fastened, which allows at least one line 1 to run freely, whereby the rescuing person at the active layer of the life-saving tool can hook one spirit of the line 1, 11 at a fixed point and use the other spirit of the line. 1, 12 for pulling the node stalled from a lower level to a higher level.
The weight 2 is suitably arranged in the bottom of the container 3 and so that the container 3 does not sink after a throw to an emergency shed, according to the invention it is provided that the container is provided with a floating body 7. This floating body 7 is conveniently placed between the bottom of the container 3 and the weight 2. whereby it is achieved that the container 3 in the water net floats with the bottom up.
The floating body 7 is suitably made of cellular plastic, which also has the advantage that the weight does not cause any damage when it is thrown close to its m51, since the soft cellular plastic serves as steaming on impact.
The life-saving tool according to the present invention has the advantage that equipment on board the boat, for example a winch, does not need to be prepared or released in order to be used in the lifting work when the person is to be rescued. The life-saving tool saves time and facilitates a rescue maneuver, as it is possible to connect the spirit 11 to any fixed point that is raised on the path. The first-mentioned hook 11 can, for example, also be used by a skater, when the life-saving tool in emergency mode is to be carried around the skater's waist or over one of its axles.
In order for a lifesaving tool according to the invention to be able to serve effectively as a lifesaving line, it is proposed that the container 3 be designed in such a way that an emergency housing can easily have a firm grip therein, which can suitably be made so that the container 3 at the bottom the outside is provided with a band, formed into an ogla 8, in which the node stalled can grip. Furthermore, the fastening device 13 in the container 3 can preferably be selected from a hoist, a loop, a hook or some other mechanism which tinks the line 1 to run freely. In a further embodiment of the invention, the lifesaving tool may comprise a weight 2 which is integrated with the floating body. 7 in a single unit. This makes it easier for the emergency shed and entails less risk of the container 3 being torn in ice. In another embodiment, the life-saving tool according to the invention comprises At least one ogla or a carabiner p5 of the spirits 11, 12.1 in the case of an ogla, it may preferably be smeared with a black plastic material, which protects against sunlight or UV straining.
The lifesaving tool's line 1 can be completely or partially smeared with a material that protects against sunlight / UV radiation. The material may be a known chemical compound for this purpose. In another embodiment, the line 1 of the life-saving tool may be wholly or partly made of material which floats or which glows in the dark. Buoyancy can be obtained from already known technology for selection of the material on the line, in the same way for material that glows in the dark.
The spirits 11,12 of the rope or a part of the rope 1 p5 life-saving tool are provided with at least one stopping member 10. The stopping member 10 can be installed in different layers along the free spirit of the rope 1. The stop member 10 may be constituted by a knob on the line or for some breaths may be designed as a sting-like member, for example for the purpose of facilitating lifeline p5 ice. In this case, the stop means 10 can be placed on the ice after a complete throw, after which the rescuing person can use the stop means 10 as a sting, when the emergency station is to be lined up from a wake. In doing so, the rescuing person places one lot on the stop member 10 and thus has a good grip on the ice.
The second hook can in the same way, during lifesaving, use an emergency stall, which can guide a part of the line around its waist and connect the hook with the strap 8.
A life-saving tool according to the invention is thus easy to handle, both when it is in emergency mode and when it is to be used for auxiliary and rescue purposes. It also has an extremely large area of use.
The life-saving tool shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 according to the present invention comprises a container 3, an opening arranged at one end of the container 3, means 9 for closing the opening, a line 1 fixed to the container, which in inactive state is intended to be received inside the container. 3, a buoyancy device 2 arranged at the water body of the container attached to the container, a weight 2 arranged in connection with the container, and a floating body 7 arranged in connection with the container, wherein a device 13 is attached to the floating body 7 which causes the rope to run freely, wherein a rescuing person may hook one end of the rope 11,12 at a fixed point and the rescuing person may pull on the other spirit of the rope 11,12.
Figures 3-4 schematically illustrate the use of the lifesaving tool according to Figures 1 and 2. In this context, the lifeguard is in the water and the lifeguards are on a bk. When the lifeguards are to rescue the emergency stall by means of the lifesaving tool according to Figures 1 and 2, the opening 4 is first exposed, ie. that the life-saving tool is in active storage.
Then the rescuing person sticks his hand in the container's ogla 12 and hooks the carabiner 11 at a fixed point on the token (eg the stern pulpit), and the container is thrown to the emergency person in the water at a lower level. The emergency stall can n5 the container's ogla 8 and can fasten it to the body via the float. Immediately the rescuing person can pull in one breath and lift the emergency stall from a lower water level5 to the token level. The lift thus becomes half the normal weight of the emergency p5 due to the principle "what you lose in vagueness you gain in force". The solution with a double rope means that the rescuing person becomes much stronger, in principle twice as strong.
Accordingly, the invention has been described in connection with an embodiment thereof, however, it may be arbitrarily varied within the scope of the appended claims.
